Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Chicken-Boneless (cut into the strips)
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp CornFlour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 tsp Red Chillies Flakes
  • Oil (as required)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Cloves (chopped)
  • 3-4 Red Chillies
  • 1 bunch  SpringOnion/Green Onion (only white root
  • 1 tbsp  Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Pasta
  • Water (as required)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • SesameSeeds (toasted)
  • 1-2 tbsp Green Onion (Stalk)

Instructions
 

  • First, rinse chicken and gently cut into small thin strips (not too small or thin).
  •  In a bowl, first add boneless chicken thin stripes, all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt, soy sauce, and red chili flakes. Now gently mix them together and set them aside.
  • In a separate wok, add chicken strips, then gradually fry until getting golden and crispy foam. Now set aside.
  • In another wok, add oil, garlic chopped cloves, red chili flakes, and green onion’s white root, sauté until light brown texture comes.
  • Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato paste, and water then give them a good mix.
  •  Add honey, salt, and lemon juice, and again mix them well.
  • Add fried chicken to the mixture and gently mixed them again without giving much force or else the chicken will get a break.
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onion stalk.
  • Winter special crispy honey chili chicken is ready now to serve well with garlic bread or just with naan as well.
