First, rinse chicken and gently cut into small thin strips (not too small or thin).
In a bowl, first add boneless chicken thin stripes, all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt, soy sauce, and red chili flakes. Now gently mix them together and set them aside.
In a separate wok, add chicken strips, then gradually fry until getting golden and crispy foam. Now set aside.
In another wok, add oil, garlic chopped cloves, red chili flakes, and green onion’s white root, sauté until light brown texture comes.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato paste, and water then give them a good mix.
Add honey, salt, and lemon juice, and again mix them well.
Add fried chicken to the mixture and gently mixed them again without giving much force or else the chicken will get a break.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onion stalk.
Winter special crispy honey chili chicken is ready now to serve well with garlic bread or just with naan as well.
