What is the best Meat for making Beef Meatloaf?

If you have some ground beef that is almost 85% to 90% lean meat. No worry about using lean meat in this recipe – the rest of the ingredients will create magic and keep your meatloaf more juicy, tender, moist, and soft. Do not use super lean meat, it would destroy your whole dish in a minute.

What should go best for Meatloaf Sauce?

Personally, the meatloaf sauce is an incredible glaze for the meatloaf which keeps the perfect balance for sweet, juicy, and tangy flavors to make the dish perfect. You can choose ingredients according to your

taste and desire. I prefer, ketchup, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chili sauce, brown sugar to get the right amount of juicy and tender beef meatloaf flavor. This combo of sauces would create an irresistible fluid of flavors that make you lick your fingers as well. These sauces, once the loaf gets baked would give a caramelized texture that is too good to enjoy.
