Ingredients
  

For Pizza Dough

  • 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tbsp Instant Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2/3 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tbsp Oil

For Pizza Roll

  • 1/3 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Pepperoni (finely chopped)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Dipping Sauce (optional)

  • Pizza Sauce
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Hot Wing Sauce

Instructions
 

For Pizza Dough Making

  • Take a medium-size bowl, combine all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar, salt, dried oregano, and garlic powder. Mix them well.
  • Add water and oil in the mixture and combine them gradually, until getting wet and sticky texture.
  • Now add remaining flour to make quite soft but not sticky forms. Slowly add remaining flour in small amount and knead briefly until all ingredients get combined well.
  • Keep kneading the dough until a soft form of dough comes out. It must be soft (not feel so firm or tough) that not stick to your hands.
  • Gently press the flour into dough, keep folding and kneading until it gets done perfectly.
  • Now place the dough in a large bowl and wrap it with a wrapping sheet or any cloth. Keep the dough at any draft-free place to rise completely for 25-30 minutes until gets doubled.

For Making Pizza Rolls

  • Preheat the oven at 425°F.
  • When the dough gets double, simply takeout it from the bowl and made small balls.
  • Sprinkle some flour on the surface and start rolling dough into a rough 16×14 rectangle.
  • Simply spread some pizza sauce on top side of the dough.
  • Now spread some pepperoni and cheese.
  • Roll dough into a log foam, longways and as you roll the dough gently, brush the outside of the crust with some butter.
  • Now wrap it in a parchment paperand place in freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Slice log into 1 ½ * slices and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. (Divide each half roll into two, so you will get 4 quarter. Then each quarter into 3 rolls).
  • Brush with egg wash and sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese. Now place the tray in preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the dough gets golden and cheese gets melt completely.
  • Now remove the tray from the oven and serve hot pizza rolls with a dipping sauce of your choice.
