Strawberry Mojito Recipe
Ingredients
Find the most local, organic, and freshest strawberries you can. They’ll be juicier, sweeter, vibrant, and take this cocktail over the top!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberry
- 3 Mint Leaves
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- 50 ml Sugar Syrup (sugar and water boiled together in the ratio 1:1)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Lemon Wedges
- Few Mint Leaves
- Few Strawberry Pieces
- 1 cup Plain Soda / Sprite / Sparkling Water (or as required)
Instructions
- First, make the mint simple syrup and allow it to cool.
- Now, in a highball glass, layer the mint, lemon wedges, and strawberries.
- Muddle until the juice of the lemon and strawberries are released.
- Gradually pour the sparkling water or soda over the muddled ingredients, top with ice then fill club soda to the sprite.
- Last, garnish with mint leaves, a strawberry, and lemon.
For the Mint Simple Syrup
- Pour the sugar and water into a two-quart saucepan, then add the mint and bring to a boil. Stir, Boil until all the sugar is dissolved. Set aside to steep for 10 minutes and allow the syrup to cool. Remove the mint leaves and pour them into a lidded container for storage in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes
- Also blend strawberries instead of muddling, all up to you.
- The mint simple syrup can be made as well for easiness weeks in advance. Many forget sometimes to make it in hurry, so after pouring the freshly made syrup into a storage container, pop it in the freezer, unlidded for about ½ an hour to cool.
- Sparkling water and Sprite also go perfectly with this mojito.
