Thinking about losing some weight, salad is the first meal that actually pops up. Salads also need some attention to prepare with the right variety of ingredients under the right amount of sauces and dressing.

Ingredients
  

For Salad

  • 2 Tomatoes (seeded andchopped)
  • 1 & 1/2 Red Onion (slicedand chopped)
  • 1/2 Cocumber (sliced & chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon
  • Lettuce (asrequired)
  • 60 gm Spinash Leaves
  • 1/2 bunch Radish (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 bunch Mint Leaves
  • 1 head Cauliflower (cut into large floret helves)
  • 6 Bacon Strips (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil (extra Virgin)
  • 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 2 Ripe Avocados (peeled andcubed)
  • 4 cups Torn Salad Greens

For Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil (Extra virgin)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt (as required)
  • Black Pepper (cracked)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine thetomatoes, onion, cucumber, cilantro, lettuce, spinach leaves, leaves,cauliflower, bacon strips and lemon sliced. Now give it a good mix and setaside for some time.
  • In a small bowl whisk the oil,vinegar, salt, black pepper and hot pepper sauce. Pour over tomato and otheringredients mixture. Now toss radish brunch and mint leaves gently.
  • After tossing gradually add avocados.Place greens in a large salad bowl; add avocado mixture and toss to coat.
  • For the dressing, whisk the oliveoil, lemon juice, Dijon, salt, and pepper together until combine well.
  • Place greens in a large salad bowl;add avocado mixture and toss to coat and drizzled with dressing. Now serve itthoroughly and get compliments from your love ones.

Notes

  • Don’t stop yourself here, as you can also add other veggies and dry ingredients of your own choice to make it yummier.
  • Boiled eggs also go perfectly with this salad for getting more nutrition.
  • Wants some creamy texture, just add some fresh cream to your dressing ingredients.
  • Not store this salad and veggies for a too long time in the freezer, as its serve and eat freshly only to get healthier benefits.
  • Waist watchers can skip extra virgin olive oil in their dressing.
