Kiwi Cocktail
- 10 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 Kiwi (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup
- 3 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 & 1/2 cup Silver Tequilla
- 3 cup Club Soda (chilled)
- 1 & 1/2 cup Ice
Garnish
- Kiwi Slices (optional)
- Lemon Slices (optional)
Now, take another kiwi and cut it into a wheel for garnish, and the remaining one cut into slices of almost 1/2 inches shape. Set them aside for garnish and place kiwi pieces simply into a cocktail shaker.
Take a cocktail shaker or simply a Mason jar, combine kiwi fruits, lime juices, some mints, and sugar syrup. Now easily crushed them with some weighted things or used a plastic bowl to crush them with a rolling pin.
Now gradually muddle up all the combined crushed ingredients mention above with the remaining kiwis and shake well.
Now add some ice cubes in a shaker and shake nicely until gradually chilled.
Now take a glass and prepared it first with some lime or kiwi slices on top of the edge, sprinkle some salt.
Slowly pour everything(Crushed and shake cocktail and ice) into the prepared glass and garnished with your own choice of fruit like kiwi or lemon slices.
Now serve chilled with some extra kiwi slices nourish your soul.
