Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
- Place a large piece of aluminum foil in a shallow baking dish or baking tray.
- Gently pat dry salmon and place iton top of the foil and sprinkle salt and black pepper on it.
- Now take a small bowl, add all remaining ingredients (except serving portion) together and give a good mix. Pour the mixture over the salmon.
- Arrange lemon wedges on and around the salmon to give perfect taste.
- Wrap the foil over salmon, making a loose packet shape.
- Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until salmon get cooked well.
- Remember to turn down the firstskin of salmon after 5 minutes. Turn the salmon over and baked for 5 minutesmore.
- Now after turn salmon from bothside, take third turn again as skin side comes in bottom.
- Let finish it off by broiling the salmon completely perfectly in the oven for about 1 more minutes to become salmon caramelized.
- Now serve hot with parsley, lemon slices, and tomato slices.

Notes
- Make sure the foil you used must be big enough to fold over and seal to create a packet like the foam of salmon to bake it properly.
- Used a heavy-duty foil sheet or double up on it, to avoid any leakage.
- If you have no foil sheet at home, simply use parchment paper. Make a pouch shape box of it to cook salmon Or use any closed vessel to have a big enough place to place in the oven.
- While baking, using oven and foil brands can also affect your baking time period, as it can take up to 10 minutes longer or before. Simply use a food thermometer or fork to get a check on salmon.
- If you want more juice salmon with extra sauce, make sure to double using the quantity of honey, warm water, and lemon juice.
- You can also refrigerate salmon for about 2-3 days by simply covering it with a foil sheet. Make sure to reheat the salmon before serving again.
