Method
- Boiled pasta as per packet instruction & set aside.
- In a bowl, add chicken, ginger paste, salt, and black pepper powder mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a frying pan, add oil and marinate chicken, cook until chicken is done & set aside.
- In a frying pan, add oil, mushrooms, and sauté for 1 mint.
- Add all veggies, like capsicum, carrot, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add a red chilli crushed, mix well & set aside.
For White Sauce
- In a wok, add butter and let it melt, add all-purpose flour & mix well for 1mint.
- Gradually add milk and mix continuously until smooth & thick foam of sauce comes.
- Add dried oregano, black pepper powder, salt, and cheddar cheese and mix well.
Assembling
- In the white sauce, add stir-fried vegetables, cooked chicken, boiled shell pasta, and give it a good mix.
- Sprinkle dried oregano & serve well.

Notes
Tips
- Skip the milk and use cream, only (total of 2 cups or as required) to make the pasta if you want it more creamer.
- Use only 1 cup of pasta if you like more sauce in your pasta.
- Chop the veggies small if you like. You can add other veggies in this pasta to lie carrots, corn.
- This pasta tastes best when served warm immediately.
- Used cream cheese for this recipe. You can use mozzarella cheese or a mix of all.
- For preparing white pasta in large quantity for the party, follow the given steps. Make sauce, boiled pasta, and stir-fried veggies in advance. Then at the time of serving, re-heat the sauce (if the sauce is too thick, add little water or milk to it). Now add boiled pasta and cooked veggies, give it a good mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
