Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

Chicken Fried Rice – one skillet, loaded with lots of chicken, rice and veggies ready in 15 minutes and you’ll never take out again. For this recipe, I personally prefer chicken as I loved it, but you can used shrimps, meat, beef, or Ham also to get your desiring flavours.

- 3 cups White/BrownCooked Riced
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Green Chilies
For Veggies
- 2 Spring Onion
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Peas
- 1/2 cup Carrot (chopped in thin pieces)
For Chicken
- 1/2 kg Chicken Breast (fillets, trimmed, thinly sliced)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
- Salt (pinchor as required)
- 1 pinch Crushed Pepper (powder)
Wash and clean rice at least for twice and cook it as form and mushy.
Drain to a colander and let it cool completely.
Take another bowl, add chicken, pinch of salt, and 2 tbsp of egg white in it. To replace egg white, simply use corn starch ¾ tbsp and give a good mix. Then keep them aside.
Making Fried Rice
Take a large pan, heat up 1 ½ tbsp oil, now add chicken and keep stirring for about 3-4 minutes until chicken gets cooked completely.
Move the chicken aside in the pan and now beat the remaining part of egg and pour it in a pan. Scramble and cook the egg nicely until get firm and soft.
Now remove chicken and egg in a plate. Clean the pan using some tissues and heat up ½ tbsp more oil in it. Add garlic chopped gloves and stir for 30 seconds.
Add spring onions, chilies, bell peppers, chopped carrots and peas on a highest heat just for 2 minutes while keep stir until bell pepper get crunchy and not remains soft.
Now add rice, pepper powder, pour soya sauce along with some chili sauce and keep stir gently on high heat for about 2 minutes.
When veggies and rice get mixed well, add chicken and eggs in it. Keep fry until rice turns hot (this take not more then 2 minutes).
Serve hot.
What to serve with chicken fried rice

- Make sure not use hot rice to the wok while making chicken fried rice, it made the rice so mushy and watery.
- Be cautious using salt, as sauces already contain salt.
- If you loved spicy food, simply add green chilies and chilies sauce at the time of frying chicken.
- For rice, I personally prefer brown rice as its give the result best in both serving and taste.
