Aloo Chana Chaat is very healthy with acceptable dish. Considered as a low calorie diet but beneficial as well. A sweet and sour combination of garbanzo with freshly chopped vegie easily contain high amount of carbohydrates and vitamins, as by eating potato you put weight and with Chana you gain stamina as well with proper nutritional manner.
Take a normal size bowl to make chaat properly, as add boiled and cut pieces of potato with overnight soaked and boiled garbanzo in a bowl.
Now add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, Kashmiri red chili powder, chaat masala, coriander, mint leaves, lime juice or tamarind chutney, salt pomegranate seeds and mix well.
Add in some freshly roasted cumin powder and mix well.
Now take crispy, crunchy paprhy ok any snacks you love to taste garnish Chana chaat along with papaarh and add little bite of chaat masala as well.
Now your Chana chaat is ready to eat now. Serve fresh or chill it for some time.
